Last updated: September 10, 2026. Effective immediately for new clients and visitors.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Solo Site Studio ("we", "us", "the Studio") collects when you visit https://solositestudio.com, contact us or become a client, how we use it, who we share it with and the rights you have. We built our business on discretion, and this policy is written to reflect that.

1. Who we are

Solo Site Studio is an independent web design studio that builds websites for independent escorts, companions and courtesans, serving clients worldwide. For the purpose of data protection law we are the data controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@solositestudio.com.

2. What we collect

We collect as little as the work requires.

  • Contact details you send us: the name or stage name you choose to use, your email address, the type of project, the language you want and the message you write in our contact form or send by email.
  • Project materials: text, images, links, logins and other files you provide so that we can build your website. Some of these materials may be sensitive by nature of your industry. We treat all project materials as confidential.
  • Billing information: the amount paid, the payment method, the date and the reference. We do not store card numbers, bank passwords or wallet credentials. Payments are processed by the provider you choose (for example a bank, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App), under that provider's own privacy policy.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records server logs that include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs exist for security and are deleted on the hosting provider's normal schedule.

We do not use advertising pixels, social media trackers or fingerprinting on this website.

3. How we collect it

Directly from you, when you fill in a form, email us, message us or send project files. Automatically, through server logs when you load a page. From payment providers, when they confirm a payment you have made to us. We never buy data about you and we never collect data from third party sources to profile you.

4. Why we use it and our legal basis

We use personal data to:

  • reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you);
  • design, build, deploy and support your website (legal basis: performance of our contract with you);
  • issue invoices and keep accounting records (legal basis: legal obligation under applicable tax law);
  • keep our website and systems secure and detect abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest);
  • contact you about your project or about errors and security issues affecting your website (legal basis: performance of contract and legitimate interest).

We do not send marketing emails. We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for cross context behavioral advertising. Where a law requires consent, we ask for it, and we always ask for express consent before processing any financial or sensitive data.

5. Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to do the work, and only the minimum needed:

  • Hosting and domain providers chosen for your project (for example a hosting company in the Netherlands, the United States or your own country), which receive your website files and the contact details required to register your domain in your name.
  • Code repository provider (GitHub) if you ask us to keep a private backup of your website code. Repositories are private and contain no personal data beyond what is published on your site.
  • Email provider used to send and receive messages with you.
  • Payment providers you choose to pay us with.
  • Authorities, only when legally required by a valid order in a jurisdiction that applies to us, and only after we have verified that the order is lawful.

We never share client names, project details, photos or the existence of a client relationship with anyone else. We never publish a client's website in our portfolio without written permission.

6. International transfers

We work with clients worldwide. Your data may be stored on servers in the Netherlands, the United States or another country where a provider you selected operates. Where data leaves the country it was collected in, we rely on contractual safeguards with the provider and on the provider's own compliance with applicable law. By working with us you acknowledge that some data will be transferred internationally in order to deliver the service.

7. How long we keep it

  • Inquiries that do not become projects: 12 months, then deleted.
  • Project files and communications: for the duration of the project plus 90 days, then deleted from our devices, unless you ask us to keep a backup or a maintenance retainer is in place.
  • Invoices and payment records: five years, or longer where tax law requires it.
  • Server logs: according to the hosting provider's schedule, typically 30 days or less.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights. We honor them for everyone, regardless of location.

  • Access: ask what personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure (cancellation): ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention periods.
  • Objection and restriction: ask us to stop or limit a particular use.
  • Portability: receive the data you gave us in a common format.
  • Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent.
  • Non discrimination: we will never treat you differently for exercising a right.

To exercise any right, email info@solositestudio.com with the subject "Privacy request". We answer within 20 business days, usually much sooner. We may ask you to confirm your identity in a way that does not require you to reveal more than necessary. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live, for example your national supervisory authority in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA and CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

9. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies for tracking or advertising. If a strictly necessary cookie is ever required (for example to remember a language choice), it is described in our Cookie Policy. If we ever add analytics, they will be privacy respecting, cookieless and described there first.

10. Security

We protect data with HTTPS on every page, hardened server configuration, encrypted devices, strong unique passwords with two factor authentication on every account we control, and deletion when the data is no longer needed. Contact form submissions are emailed to us and are not stored on the web server. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it as seriously as you do.

11. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we do not build websites that depict or involve anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page and, for active clients, by email.
