Acceptable Use and Content Policy
Solo Site Studio builds websites for adults who offer lawful services, including independent escorts, companions and courtesans. This policy sets out what we will and will not build, and what every client promises to us. It exists to protect you, the people shown on your site, and us.
1. Who this applies to
Every client, every website we design, build, host, maintain or migrate, and every piece of content supplied to us. By instructing us to begin, you agree to this policy.
2. Age and consent
You warrant that:
- every person depicted, named or described on the website is 18 years of age or older at the time the images were created and at the time of publication;
- you hold, and can produce on request, proof of age and written consent (a model release or equivalent) for every person depicted;
- no image is stolen, leaked, altered to depict a real person without their consent, or generated by artificial intelligence to imitate a real person.
We may ask for proof of age and consent before publishing any image. We will treat that proof as confidential and delete it once verified, unless you ask us to keep it.
3. Lawful services only
Your website may advertise only services that are lawful in the country where you operate and in the countries the website targets. You are solely responsible for knowing and following those laws, including laws on advertising, age verification, record keeping, taxation and payment processing. Laws differ widely between countries and change often. We provide general guidance from experience; we do not provide legal advice, and you should consult a lawyer where you live if you are unsure.
4. Content limits
We build professional websites for independent escorts, companions and courtesans. We do not build or host websites that contain:
- sexually explicit imagery or video, or any content that would trigger record keeping obligations for explicit material;
- any content involving minors, or content that presents an adult as a minor;
- non consensual content of any kind;
- content that advertises the services of another person, or that suggests that any person is controlled, coerced or trafficked;
- content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing or that infringes another person's rights;
- malware, phishing, deceptive practices or anything that harms visitors.
Tasteful, non explicit imagery (implied nudity, lingerie, artistic and fashion photography) is acceptable where lawful. When in doubt, ask us before the shoot.
5. Zero tolerance
Any content involving the sexual exploitation of a minor, or any indication of trafficking or coercion, ends the relationship immediately, forfeits all payments and is reported to the appropriate authorities. There are no exceptions.
6. Age notice and verification
Every adult industry website we build includes an 18 plus entry notice and an RTA style label so that parental controls can filter it. If the countries you target require age verification tools, you are responsible for choosing and paying for a compliant service; we will integrate it. We advise every client to check current age verification rules for their markets, which have expanded rapidly since 2025.
7. Hosting and platform terms
Hosting providers, registrars, payment processors and linked platforms have their own content rules, and some prohibit adult content entirely. We recommend hosting in the Netherlands, where escort work is legal and regulated, in an account in your own name. You accept that a provider may change its rules or suspend an account at its discretion, and that we cannot control this. We will help you migrate if that happens.
8. Our promise to you
We never share who our clients are, we never publish your site in our portfolio without written permission, we never require more personal information than the project needs, and we will decline any request that could put you at risk, even if it costs us the sale.
9. Enforcement
We may refuse a project, pause work, remove specific content or terminate a project if this policy is violated. Where a violation is serious, amounts already earned are not refunded. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities that have jurisdiction over us, after verifying that the request is valid.
10. Reporting
To report content that you believe violates this policy or the law, email info@solositestudio.com with the subject "Content report". We review every report within one business day.
